  • We offer hair extensions, dreadlocks and braids services, and related products and through our website.

  • Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.


3. Orders and Payments

  • When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability or pricing errors.

  • Full payment is required before your order is shipped.

  • To secure your booking for any service, we kindly request a deposit. Please note that your appointment will not be confirmed until we receive the deposit along with a copy of the receipt.

  • Prices listed on our website do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, or handling charges, which will be added to your order.

  • As a mobile business, a travel fee is applied to all appointments. By scheduling with us, you implicitly acknowledge and agree to this fee. Kindly incorporate the travel fee when booking your service. If omitted, we will reach out to you prior to your appointment to include the travel fee accordingly.

  • On rare occasions, should we agree to split payments or offer a late payment option to accommodate a client's financial circumstances, Solstice Locs reserves the right to impose a 1% monthly interest charge on any outstanding amount past the due date. The client will be unable to book any services during this period until the debt is fully settled.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for the cancellation of our services. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please ensure you provide us with at least 48 hours' advance notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients effectively. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Failure to follow this policy will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be necessary to secure a future booking. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, so we kindly request that you contact us promptly if you believe there will be any difficulty attending to your scheduled appointment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.


5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We will make every effort to ensure prompt shipment of your order. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

  • Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.


6. Returns and Refunds

  • We have a return policy in place. Please refer to our "Refund Policy" for detailed information on returns and refunds.


7. Product Use

  • Our products are intended for personal use and are not for resale.

  • You agree to use our products in accordance with provided instructions and care guidelines.
